The mainframe includes distribution gearbox lubrication system, cooling water system, vacuum system, feeding system, and head, barrel screw, distribution gearbox, and motor, etc.
The control part adopts imported all-digital DC control system, and the feeding motor is controlled by imported frequency converter. The auxiliary machine includes water tank, air duct, and pelletizer.
The screw of double screw extruder is composed of various screw components with interchangeable properties mounted on the core shaft, and their materials include ordinary nitriding materials and special reinforced materials. The barrel is assembled from multiple open and closed barrels and side-feed barrels. The barrel has ordinary nitriding barrels and special reinforced barrels. The reinforced barrels are all lined with wear-resistant alloy sleeves.
