The specifications of the TPU sheet produced by the European user's Vietnam factory are: 1.6m wide, 0.4 to 2mm thick, and the output is as high as 1000kg/h.
From the feeding station - replenishment bin - weightlessness scale - twin screw extruder machine - three-roller calender (including upper and lower laminating machine) - tractor - cutting machine - manipulator - conveyor belt - heat shrinkable film packaging equipment - heat shrinkable furnace - weighing - coding - stacking, a fully automated control system for the entire production line can be achieved.
