On October 31, 2024, the second Plastics Compounding Technology Conference with the theme "Modification Technology, Blending Process, and Digital-Intelligent Factories" was successfully held in Nanjing. This conference, organized by the China Plastic Processing Industry Association, aims to promote technological innovation and industry exchange.
During the conference, Mr. Lei Nianchen, R&D Director of Nanjing KY, delivered a keynote speech titled "Why Is Parallel Twin Screw?" He thoroughly explored the working principle and unique aspects of compounding equipment and provided a detailed analysis of the key factors and their interrelations in the twin-screw compounding extrusion process.
