The third-generation SK series co-rotating twin screw extrusion machine launched by KEYA Equipment is one of the representatives of "three highs and one low". Customer customization requirements are: L/D=36, screw speed 900 rpm, motor power 600kW, high-end BKG underwater pelletizing system, It mainly produces PP transparent materials with MFI (melt index) of 25~100, and the output can reach up to 3500kg/h.
At present, the twin-screw extruder is equipped with high-torque, high-speed gearbox imported from Germany, and the high-sensitivity and high-reliability safety coupling can ensure the stable operation of the equipment. The high-efficiency and energy-saving heater uses a fully enclosed thermal insulation material with a thickness of up to 50mm to achieve the lowest energy consumption while harvesting high productivity.
