After thirty years of hard work, the company has undergone leadership changes over two generations, sticking to its original aspirations and continuously making progress in the field of plastic materials. Recently, I visited HuiJia and interviewed Vice General Manager Zheng Zeping. Zheng said that the key to the company's sustained market presence is the accumulation of technology and strict quality adherence. By continuously introducing new advanced technology and high-end equipment, they have enhanced their competitiveness, ensuring stable production capacity, high-quality assurance, and R&D support for customers.

Currently, HuiJia's two main business sectors are post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR) and modified engineering plastics: PCR mainly includes PCR-ABS, PCR-PC, PCR-PP, and PCR-PA; modified engineering plastics mainly include PC, PBT, PA, high-temperature nylon, LCP, PPS with flame retardant, reinforced, toughened, and anti-static modifications. These materials are widely used in electronics, household products, connectors, home appliances, outdoor sports equipment, and other industries. With decades of industry experience, HuiJia has amassed numerous material application cases, and with an excellent team of engineers, they can modify raw materials according to customer requirements, mold specifications, and injection molding conditions.

Zheng continued to explain that besides relying on reliable and efficient production equipment, HuiJia strictly controls material quality through an environmental testing laboratory and a physical performance testing laboratory. The environmental testing laboratory, certified by CNAS and authorized by CPSC, has independent third-party testing qualifications and is equipped with various advanced testing equipment including infrared spectrometers, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, UV-visible spectrophotometers, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, and microwave digestion sample processing systems. The physical performance testing laboratory is equipped with multifunctional tensile machines, notched impact testers, spectrophotometers, M.I. melt flow index testers, and H.D.T. heat distortion temperature testers. A high-standard quality control system, stringent quality inspections, and analysis further ensure high product quality, providing strong guarantees for the development and modification services of new products.

When talking about after-sales service, Zheng stated that the essence of after-sales service is the first-quality material, which has always been our goal. This is not only the company's goal but also the ultimate pursuit of product quality and user experience. Seeing my slightly puzzled expression, Zheng smiled and further explained, "A first-class, high-quality product has fully considered user needs and potential issues during its design and manufacturing process, minimizing the occurrence of faults and defects." On the day of the interview with Zheng, HuiJia's newly purchased KY HK53 twin-screw extruder machine production line was being installed and debugged. The reporter interviewed KY engineer Zhao Rui on-site. Zhao introduced that the HK53, paired with KY's self-developed gearbox, boasts a torque of 8.8Nm/cm³, with the advantages of high torque and high output. It is configured with the industry's exclusive cast base, eliminating stress impacts while improving production efficiency, earning widespread acclaim from domestic and international customers.

As an installation and commissioning engineer, Zhao mentioned that in just June alone, he had traveled to Vietnam, Shanghai, Quanzhou, Shenzhen, and other places, providing professional installation services to multiple customers.

Throughout the installation process, the reporter noticed that Zhao meticulously handled every detail, carefully checking each step. "Every detail affects the equipment's performance and lifespan; we must ensure that every aspect is done to the best, providing customers with the best equipment experience." Zhao added that KY, in its over thirty years of development, has remained focused on the twin-screw industry, achieving global strength for the KY brand with specialized and rigorous attitudes.
