Recently, Nanjing KY has completed the pre-research and project approval work of the "Localization of Large-scale Double Screw Extrusion Complete Equipment" project. Mr. Liu Guangzhi, the chairman of KY Equipment Group, signed the approval letter for the project. Under the leadership of Mr. Guan Xiaochun, the chairman of KY Equipment Group's New Technology Application Company, the technical team solemnly signed the name of each member on the approval letter, carrying the expectations of KY people and fulfilling the historical mission of localization of large-scale equipment.
As we all know, Nanjing KY is a pioneer in the domestic and global plastic compounding and modification equipment industry. Since the 1980s, it has made outstanding contributions to the technological innovation and product localization process of China's polymer materials equipment industry. It has delivered several independent intellectual property rights domestic large-scale devices such as Daqing Huake, Tianjin Danhai, and Xinjiang Tashi Chemical in the 1990s and early 2000s.

In the past decade, KY has achieved remarkable results in the performance of medium-to-large models. It has delivered more than 50 sets of double screw extruders with screw diameters of 120, 125, 135, 140 and other models, and formed a complete processing, quality inspection, assembly, and on-site debugging system. It can efficiently provide a complete set of solutions for various petrochemical companies from material storage, transportation, drying, precise metering, compounding, extrusion and granulation to final product packaging, and achieve factory-level intelligent control system.
In recent years, KY has completed the localization of high-torque machine models SK40 Plus and SK70 Plus with torque levels of 15~18 (this model has been successfully applied to customer on-site working conditions, with stable overall performance, and is the only domestically-produced complete set of equipment for stable operation under working conditions). At the end of 2020, Mr. Liu Guangzhi, the chairman of the group, put forward the major historical mission of achieving batch delivery of large-scale domestically-produced double screw extrusion equipment with screw diameters of 177~250mm.
After nearly half a year of research and preparation, the group plans to invest more than 20 million yuan. In addition to purchasing key core component processing equipment for the completed models, it will also improve and expand more than ten infrastructure construction projects suitable for large-scale production and processing, assembly workshops, and other purposes.
